We’re looking for a Director of O&M Services to lead and grow our operations team, ensuring world-class service for customers investing in solar energy. This leadership role combines strategy, technical expertise, and a passion for renewable energy.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee and scale our O&M Services department.
- Manage people, processes, budgets, and KPIs to drive operational excellence.
- Develop and deliver winning service proposals and contracts.
- Ensure long-term customer satisfaction and team performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of operational leadership in solar or a related field (HVAC, electrical, or service industry).
- 3+ years in management with proven ability to grow a department or business unit.
- Strong technical background in electrical/mechanical systems; solar experience a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
