Qualification:
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 14-16 years in turnkey solar projects with expertise in design and execution.
- Lead solar plant design, including plant layout, loading, load calculations, and tracker design.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of turnkey solar projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project quality and implement best practices for optimization.
- Expertise in solar plant design, tracker systems, and load calculations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards and renewable energy systems.
