Welcome to Strategy
You'll be part of Business Strategy where you, together with your colleagues, will work directly for our Group Executive Team and influence the future of a global green energy major. As a team, we're currently five members with a background in consulting. It's a dynamic and ambitious team with a high focus on team spirit and personal development. As student assistant in our team, we offer you a high degree of personal development within the strategy development and consulting toolbox.

You'll play an important role in:

• strategic projects and market assessments, incl. problem-solving, development of top-down storylines, and insights, which will lay the foundation for strategic and commercial business
• gathering, researching, and analysing quantitative and qualitative information from across the organisation and from external sources, translating this into clear insights
• business development tasks, incl. early identification of market segments to pursue maturation of project opportunities, and assisting the development of business cases
• assisting colleagues with other ad hoc tasks related to strategic topics, and market and business development activities
• building and preparing internal and external presentations and decision materials for senior stakeholders.

To succeed in the role, you:

• have some prior strategy or business development experience, e.g., through a consulting internship
• have completed your bachelor's degree in business, economics, social sciences, or similar
• want to learn and have a can-do-mindset when you get challenging tasks
• have a strong personal drive to get your tasks done
• have strong analytical skills and can focus on key things in large flows of information
• are curious and collaborative and enjoy working with people across different disciplines.
