What You’ll Work On
Boundary and ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
Legal descriptions, easements, and title review
Plats, exhibits, and mapping deliverables
Survey support for development and renewable energy projects
Multi-state project work (IL, WI, IA, IN, MO, AR and beyond)
What You Bring (Core Qualifications)
Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of:
Boundary surveys
ALTA surveys
Legal descriptions & easements
Title review & real estate documentation
Experience creating detailed plats, exhibits, and survey maps
Working knowledge of the Public Land Survey System and BLM Manual
Tools & Technology
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Experience with Trimble Business Center
Familiarity with Trimble field equipment preferred
Professional Background
5–8+ years of experience in surveying (or more)
Field crew experience is a plus—you understand both field and office workflows
LSIT or PLS preferred, not required (multi-state licensure is a plus, not required)
Open to career-driven early/new grad professionals pursuing licensure
