About our client

Our client is a leading renewable energy platform in Central and Eastern Europe, with over 2 GW of solar, wind, and battery storage capacity operational or under construction. Backed by recent funding, the business is entering a significant growth phase, targeting more than 8 GW of capacity by 2030. With capital secured and a strong operating base, the platform is actively pursuing acquisitions, platform consolidations, and JV opportunities across its core markets. This is a compelling opportunity to join an experienced M&A team at a vertically integrated IPP during a period of rapid expansion. What the job involves

• Lead end to end execution of M&A transactions
• Drive deal origination and pipeline development
• Structure and negotiate transaction documentation
• Own financial analysis and valuation and lead due diligence workstreams
• Prepare investment committee and board materials
• Manage relationships with equity partners, lenders and co-investors
• Mentor and develop junior team members

Who we are looking for

• Experience in M&A in an investment bank or in a private equity fund or infrastructure developer
• Proven record of leading transactions, with clear ownership
• Strong understanding of renewable energy assets and technologies
